In the Project Insights page of the Analysis tab, click on the row of the Insight you wish to create a Finding in, or click View . If you have not yet created an insight please do so before this step - Creating an Insight in the Analysis Assistant.
Click New Highlight Reel to start creating a new Highlight Reel.
With the Add Finding window open, you will choose your Title and Permissions, and then click Save and open Highlight Reel editor.
Once the editor is open, click Insert Segment to begin creating your Highlight Reel.
This brings up the Insert Segment window, which will include a list of any AI Index found by the analysis assistant from the activities (sources) which you had previously saved to the AI Insights tool.
Here you have options to sort and filter by AI Index and source.
The AI Index types include Keywords, Emotions, or Topics.
- Keywords are verbatim words that the AI tool has identified as being said any number of times within your source activities.
- Emotions are identified by the AI tool based on what was said during your source activities.
- Topics are broader topics that the AI tool has identified as being discussed in your source activities.
Sources are the activities you would like to pull the indexes from. If you are not seeing one of your research sessions on this list or getting an error message that the source is not added, you will make sure that the recording is added to the analysis assistant - Prepping your Recordings and adding them to the Analysis Assistant
Click the play button to play any clip that appears in the list to listen and see if you want to include it in your reel.
Note: You will be able to edit the timestamps and video feed further in the next step, and at this point it will only show the group recording.
Then, choose the clips you want to include in your reel by clicking the checkbox to the left of the source name, and then clicking the Insert Selected button.
After clicking Insert Selected, the button will update to Segment(s) inserted. You can then close the window to get back to the editing page.
Once back on the editing page, you can choose which video feed recording from the activity is included in the final clip using the View drop-down. By default, Group Recording is chosen, and other options include individual Participant and Moderator feeds, as well as Screen Recordings.
You can also edit the timing of the clip if you wanted to include a longer or shorter amount of time by clicking into the Start and End column fields to change the timing on each clip.
To play back any clip, click the Play button on the right-hand side. Click the Exclude Segment
button to exclude it from your Highlight Reel. Click the Remove
button to remove the segment.
Once you have selected and edited all the clips you want for your highlight reel, click the Save and Render button to save and create your Highlight Reel.
You will be prompted to confirm you would like to render. Click Yes, render.
Rendering time will vary and be dependent upon the size of the reel and length of the clips. Once it is ready to review and download, the status will change from Rendering to Available.
To download the file. Just click on the Highlight Reel once it is available then click the Download button.
