The Video Analyzer tool is a great way to get insights from your videos right in the reports of your projects. Based on analytics using natural language processing, it can provide additional insights including keywords spoken, emotions, sentiment, and detected topics.

How to Enable the Video Analyzer Tool
To use the itracks Video Analyzer feature, it must first be enabled on your account. To do so, please reach out to your itracks Representative or to the help desk at help@itracks.com to request this feature be turned on.
How to Run Video Analyzer Reports
Once this feature is enabled, a new option will be found in the Analysis Tools section in the right-hand menu of the Project Recordings page found in the Analysis tab of your Realtime project.
Note: Video Analyzer is currently only available for Group recordings. To use this feature, ensure to select the recording marked Group in the Media Browser pane on the left.
Click on the NEW: Analyze this Video button.
Upon opening the Video Insights window for the first time, a message will appear stating that "Your video is being processed".
This process will vary but usually takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.
Once complete, you will see the video recording on the left-hand side of this window. On the right-hand side menu, you will see your video Insights.
Reading and Customizing Video Insights
On the right corner of the Insights page, you will see these four buttons
Click this button to download the insights in JSON format or the Transcript format (SRT, VTT, TTML, TXT, CSV) or in the Artifacts format (ZIP).
To customize your video insights, click on the button in the upper right corner.
You can edit the Keywords, Brands and Transcripts using the Edit button
Translations and Captions
To translate the insights or transcripts to another language click the button and select the language to which you want to translate the transcripts to.
Click on the button in the video playback toolbar to open the Captions Menu.
The languages available as captions will be dependent on the original language and what language the insights and transcripts have been translated to using the language menu.
You can also control the playback speed and video quality of the video using the buttons in this tray.
Video Length Limitations
The maximum video length that can be analyzed is 4 hours.
Privacy and Data Usage
The video indexer video and analysis will only be used within the project it is enabled in. Data will NOT be used for model training or supplied to third parties outside of your account.
