Prepping your Recordings and adding them to the Analysis Assistant

The analysis assistant works at a project-level. Any and all activities within a project can be used. To use this feature, it must first be enabled on your account. To do so, please reach out to your itracks Representative or to the help desk at [e-mail] to request this feature be turned on.

Once this feature is enabled, a new option will be found in the Analysis Tools section of the right-hand sidebar of the Project Recordings page of your Realtime project's Analysis tab. To have a recording included in the data of your Project Insights section, it must first be processed with the video analyzer. 

Note: Video Analyzer is currently only available for Group recordings. To use this feature, ensure to select the recording marked Group in the Media Browser pane on the left. 

Click on the NEW: Analyze this Video button.

Upon opening the Video Insights window for the first time, a message will appear stating that "Your video is being processed".

This process will vary but usually takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. This window will not dynamically update the progress percentage, but closing the window and re-opening by clicking the NEW: Analyze this Video button will show you the current completion percentage.

Once your video has been completely processed, you will see it shown as below. 

At this stage, you can now send your video recording to the Project Insights page to begin analysis. To do so, click the button in the upper right corner of the right-hand sidebar, then click Save AI Insights to save the recording to your Project Insights. Please note that this Save AI Insights function is available only to Project Manager users.
