How to run your AI Summary

AI Analysis tools are available to clients with annual subscriptions.  If you would like these tools turned on for your use, please contact your itracks sales representative.

After your focus group or interview has ended and the recording has finished processing, your AI Summary can be run.

Navigate to the Project Recordings page of the Analysis tab of your project. Filter by Group Recordings using the dropdown menu in the left-hand sidebar.

Click on the NEW: Analyze And Get Summary button in the Analysis Tools section of the right-hand sidebar for each activity you'd like processed for AI insights and summaries.

This process will vary but usually takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. The AI Summary will automatically appear at the bottom of the right-hand sidebar when it is complete. 

The text can be copied to your clipboard by clicking the Copy button in the upper right.
