Findings are data visualisations. AI identifies keywords, emotions, and topics from the natural langage processing. You can create visualisations of this data such as pie charts and bar charts. We are working on more options for visualization in future updates to this tool.

If opting for a Bar Chart, you can choose between Vertical or Horizontal.
Sources
In the Sources section, you can select to Include All Activities that you had previously processed with the video analyzer and saved to the AI insights page, or click Choose Activities to access a dropdown list to manually select any number of activities that you wish to include in this Finding. Click the Clear button to clear all selections.
The AI Index types include Keywords, Emotions, or Topics.
- Keywords are verbatim words that the AI tool has identified as being said any number of times within your source activities.
- Emotions are identified by the AI tool based on what was said during your source activities.
- Topics are broader topics that the AI tool has identified as being discussed in your source activities.
You may elect to have the AI tool select a number of top indexes, or manually select them yourself.
With Select top [X], the analysis assistant will choose any number of the highest occurring indexes you choose based on the number input in that field.
If you prefer to select your indexes, choose Select manually, clicking on the field that appears to open a dropdown list of every index found in the source activities, along with the associated number of occurrences. Click the Clear button to clear all selections.
Permissions
Just as in your Insight creation, you may choose the Permissions for this particular Finding's viewing, editing, and downloading access. This will only apply to users who had been granted access to the Insight in which this Finding was made. These details can all be edited later as needed.
Note: Selecting Everyone would apply to everyone who currently has access to your Analysis area and video recordings. By default, observers do not have reporting access until this setting has been changed on your account or project level. Click here for instructions on changing observer access to reports.
