Setting Observer Access to View or Download Recordings From the Analysis Area

In order to allow Observers to view or download recordings from the Analysis section, navigate to the Project Settings by clicking the button available to Project Managers and Moderators on the top left side of the project page and navigate to Project Options tab.

Here under the Project Options tab, you will see a field "Observer Reporting Option" which will allow you to give your observers the access to Analysis section and also control whether they can only view or also download the items under the Analysis section.

Observer Reporting Option: Click the dropdown for this field and you will see the below settings:

• Inherit from client (No access)
• No access
• Playing back audio/Video files but not downloading
• Playback as well as downloading the files and downloading transcripts (e.g. Chat transcript, conference timeline)

By default the selection for this field is set to "Inherit from client (No access)".

Select the options in this dropdown based on what level of access you want to give to your observers to view only or to download the recordings, transcripts, conference timeline, etc.
