The easiest way to ensure your participants are reminded to join a session is to use the automated reminder setting found in the activity settings of your sessions.
Choose any of your templates to send out to the participants at the time that your session opens. There are a few reminder templates in the software automatically or you can create your own project specific templates as needed. Emails will then be sent out to all participants assigned to that activity as a final reminder to join the activity.
