Observer Conference Privacy Mode

As a moderator and project manager, you have the ability to limit observers ability to view Realtime video session.  This is in place to protect the participant's privacy for any reason, limiting what Observers can see during a session.

The Observer Conference Privacy mode completely disables the Moderator and Participant's video feed and audio, while displaying a message to let them know the privacy mode is active.

How to enable Observer Conference Privacy Mode

As a Moderator and Project manager during a Realtime session, go to the  Backroom option on the gray navigation bar, where you can see all observers connected in the "Observer List" on the left tab on the top right of the page.

Click on the three little dots by the Observer you wish to enable the privacy mode and click on the "Turn On Conference Privacy".

Once clicked, the Observer will see the following message on their main room:

To revert this and allow the observer to see the session again, you just have to click on the same button, navigating to the Backroom and clicking on the three little dots as showed above.
