Using the Shareable Join Now Link

The shareable Join Now Link is a project access link that can be shared to any user associated with a particular project.

The Join Now link can be found on your Project page, as shown below. Click the Copy button  to copy the URL to send it to recruiters for their usage, to send from your or your recruiter's email address or other methods as needed.

The Join Now link can also be found on each activity's Discussion page in the Waiting Room, Main Room, and Backroom discussion areas, as shown below. Simply click on the "Copy Join Now Link" found at the top of each user list of any discussion area to copy it to your clipboard.

 

Note: If users have not been added as a user to the project, they won’t be able to access the platform.

When a user click on the link, they will be taken to a page asking for their email address. After entering their email address, they would click Continue.

For the first sign in, a user would click Send a one-time passcode to send a temporary passcode to their email inbox and sign in with the passcode method. If they had previously created a password, they can click the Use my password button to sign in.

If their mobile phone number has been added to their user information, there will also be the option to send a one-time passcode as a text message.
