Broadcasts like reminders that need to be sent at a specific date and time in the future can be created in the Scheduled Broadcasts area under the Broadcaster tab.
These broadcasts can also be setup from the Create Broadcast step of the Send Broadcast menu option as shown on this page:
The list is sorted so that emails that have been sent are shown at the bottom of the list. The Scheduled broadcast that is to occur closest to now, will be first in the list followed by broadcasts that will be sent out later. The broadcast that is scheduled farthest into future is shown immediately before the already sent broadcasts.
To create a Scheduled Broadcast from this page, click the Add button on top left of the page to access the Schedule A Broadcast dialog. The steps here match the steps followed in the Send Broadcast process (Select Recipients).
Step 1: Select Recipients
The first step is to Select Recipients for the Scheduled Broadcast. By selecting values in the Broadcast Type dropdown list and the Activities and Users filters, the list of users is populated and these can be selected as recipients of the broadcast.

Step 2: Create Broadcast
Step 2 is where the content of the email is created, including specifying the date and time that the broadcast will be sent to the recipients. This page functions the same as the Create Broadcast.
The default date and time is tomorrow at midnight. Popups exist for ease of selection of date and time value and these can also be edited directly in the input box. The date selected cannot be in the past.

Step 3: Preview Broadcast
The final step is the Preview of the broadcast which will be scheduled to be sent at the specified date and time:
Clicking the Schedule the Broadcast button will put the email in a queue to be sent when the scheduled date and time is reached. The list is then re-displayed with the newly created broadcast shown.
The Edit button displays the same dialog/wizard as Add Scheduled Broadcast with the selected recipient values shown. The filtered values may not match the original selections. The main point is that the recipients of the scheduled broadcast match the initial selection.

The Delete button displays a confirmation dialog. Clicking Yes results in the scheduled broadcast being cancelled and removed from the queue. The list is re-displayed and the broadcast is removed.
A scheduled broadcast can be edited or deleted up until the time it is sent. After that time, there is only the ability to review the broadcast details using the Info button .

The Info button displays the Review Broadcast page. It also displays the full name of the user who scheduled the broadcast initially.
