When should I consider using itracks Concierge Services?
There are a number of reasons why people choose to add concierge services when your budget has room for it.
- You or your clients are not as familiar with the software and may want some additional support for the first project/sessions
- The session is being completed with participants that require a higher touch level of support (e.g. older participants, high level executives/professionals)
What does an itracks Concierge do during my session?
When you ask for itracks Concierge service you will get an itracks help desk member in your group or interview 15 minutes before the start time of your session. They will greet your participants and test with anyone who appears to be having technical issues before the scheduled start time.
They will also remain in the group in order to monitor the main room for the duration of the session.
What languages can itracks Concierge services cover?
We currently offer concierge services in French and English.
How does billing and charges work?
The cost for concierge service is USD $150 per hour or CAD $190 per hour . You will be charged for the entire duration that the concierge is in your session including the 15 minutes before the start time and if you require the support person to stay for the debrief. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour with the cost being broken down in 30 minute increments after the first hour.

What if I choose NOT to use itracks Concierge services?
You, your participants, and observers still have access to our help desk by clicking on the '?' button in your session. This will give anyone who clicks on it an option to live chat with the help desk and details on how to phone / email and chat with the help desk.
