Registration and Login
Before selecting a time, participants will be asked to register for the project. Here they will authenticate their login by creating a password or using a one-time access code, and accepting the Terms of Service.
Time selection
Once registered, the participant will see a page displaying the available discussion times, if only one is viewable, then that means there is only one time available.
There is also the ability to change the time zone on this page. This will update all of the times shown.
The date and time most suited should be selected from the list, and then the Next button will appear.
After clicking Next, the Activity Confirmation page will appear with all of the activity details. The participant can click Previous if they need to choose a different time, or Save to confirm their timeslot selection.
If the participant is unavailable for all of the timeslots provided on the time selection page, they can click None of these times work for me.
Doing so redirects the participant to a page with the following message:
To join at the time selected, the login link in the email invite will need to be clicked on.
