Setting Up Poll Questions in Realtime Video

Enter the activity from your activity list

Click on an activity from in your Activities list or Available Slots list.

Choose Guide from the menu bar

Add a Topic

Click the Add Topic button

Enter in the topic name (this is only seen by moderators). Click the Save button to save.

Add Poll Question(s)

Click the Add Question button

Choose Single Choice or Multiple Choice to create a poll.

Poll Question Setup

1. Enter the question text into the Question Text area.
   
   
2. Enter the question options into the Options.  There are no limits on the number of options and as you add new options to the bottom of the list an Enter Option... area will show up for you to continue adding more options.
   
   
3. Choose Question Preferences.
   Uninfluenced - if selected, will limit the participant's ability to see the responses of other participant's for this question until they have responded themselves.

          Randomize - if selected, will allow you to select which question options randomize.

Single Choice Questions

Single choice questions only allow the participant to choose one option from a list of options.

Multiple Choice Questions

Multiple Choice Questions allow the participant to choose more than one option from a list of options. 

For multiple choice questions, you also have the ability to set any response as exclusive and make it so people cannot choose one option while choosing others (in the example below, this is the 'I don't have pets' option).
