When the setting "Participant Privacy Enabled" is set to Yes, only the host and concierge will be able to see the participant live video on the screen. All the other users will see only a black screen for the participant and the live video only for the moderator.
This setting can be controlled both at the Project level as well as at the activity level.
By default this setting is set to No.
In order to control this at the project level, go into Project Settings > itracks Realtime (Video) and navigate to Participant Privacy Enabled.
You can control this setting at the activity level on the Edit Activity page while booking the activity or by going to the activity setting button corresponding to each activity in the project.
The recordings will also blur out the participant videos for privacy.
