Checking Participant Results

Introduction

If the project setting is Enabled, participants are required to complete a technical assessment after they complete registration or, if time selection is set up in a project, after they have selected a time slot to attend a Realtime Video session.

Participants will not be able to proceed into a project activity unless they click the Start button to begin the technical assessment.

Once they click the Start button, it can take up to 2 minutes to check their internet speed, device access and computer systems.

When the test is completed, a Continue button will appear for the participant to proceed fully into the project and/or activity.

 

Checking Participant Results

As a moderator or project manager, you can see if a participant has passed or failed their test in the Add/Edit Users section under the Users tab.

Project Users

In the Project Users area (Add/Edit Users), each participant who has registered will have a note indicating if they have passed or failed in the status column of their record. Clicking on the Passed or Failed link here will allow you to view the technical assessment results.
