Media files and links can be added and edited at the project level to be accessed within any activity in the project or can be added directly within an itracks Realtime activity.

Adding Media Files to the Project
You can upload media items to the project overall for later use by clicking on the Media tab at the project level. Here you will get the menu options to Add/Edit Files and Add/Edit Links where you can upload the files and links outside of the individual chat groups.
The Add/Edit Media area lets you add and manage all the uploaded files you will need for your project.
Click the Add button to add a new file.
A window will appear where you can choose a file and give it a name.
Click the Choose File button to search for the file on your computer. Enter in a name into the Name field. Click the Save button when you have done this and your file will be uploaded.
The following file types are able to be loaded within the software: .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .3gp, .flv, .mov, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .wmv, .mp3, .html, .htm, .pdf, .3ga, .amr, .aif, .aiff, .aifc, .aac, .flac, .m4a, .wav, .wave, .wma.
You also have the ability to edit any existing media and replace it with new versions.
Adding Links to the Project
The Add/Edit Links area lets you add and manage all the links you need for your project.
Click the Add button to add a new link.
A window will appear where you can add a link and give it a name.
Enter in a name into the Name field. Type or copy and paste the website URL into the URL field. Click the Save button when you have done this and you will have a new link in the project to use.
Adding Media directly in the discussion area
To upload directly to a chat in progress (or as you are loading a guide) first click the Media Library drop down menu in the Guide area. Then select the Add Media option.
Upon selecting the Add Media button, a dialogue will appear on the site like shown below. To upload the file click the Choose File button then in the new window find and select the file you wish to upload. Name the file in the appropriate field and click the Save button. This will add the file to the Media section of the project allowing it to be accessed at a later date as well as making it immediately available in the Media Library drop down.
Upon completion of the upload, the uploaded file will be saved to the Media Library with the option to post it to the discussion by clicking the Share button or add it to the guide by clicking the Add to Guide button.
Bulk Actions
The bulk actions section has the below given options and it allows to manage archive or unarchive all or selected media in bulk.

- Unarchive Selected Media
