In the new Realtime software we have given you the ability to collapse areas of the software and/or make the software full screen so you can see the video interview or focus group in a larger window.
To collapse your chat area
Click the button (circled below) in order to collapse the right side pane. This will give more room to the video feeds on the right.

To bring back the chat click the button circled above.
To make the interview/focus group full screen
You can go fullscreen by clicking on the three horizontal dots on the vertical menu bar right above the expand
button.

Now, you should be able to see the option to go Fullscreen.
After Fullscreen
To get out of full screen click the Fullscreen buttons again to reset your screen
Using your browser settings to expand further
In Chrome you can make it so your browser tab takes up your entire computer screen by navigating to your settings (the 3 dots in the upper right hand side of the screen) then clicking into the full screen button in the zoom section displayed here (circled below). Click the F11 button on your keyboard to go back to regular browser mode.
In Firefox, navigate to the settings (the three lines in the upper right hand corner of the screen) and click the Firefox full screen button shown below. Click the F11 button on your keyboard to go back to regular browser mode.
In Edge, press Windows + Shift + Enter at the same time, repeating the key combo to return to normal.
In Safari, Click the green button at the left of the browser toolbar. Press Command-Control-F, or
Choose View > Enter Full Screen.
