How to screen share as a moderator
To share your screen in itracks Realtime. click the Share button to the right of your video feed at the bottom of the screen (participant video feeds will appear at the top).
A window will come up asking which screen, application or tab you want to share (as applicable based on your browser)
[CHROME]
In order to share your screen you will have to click on what contents you want shared, whether this is your entire screen, a window, or a tab from chrome. You will also have to click on the preview of your screen, whether or not you have two monitors, before the SHARE button becomes available.
[FIREFOX]
On Firefox you will see a window with a drop down menu that will ask which window or screen you would like to share. Once selected, you can click allow, and you will be allowed to share your screen.
Once you've successfully shared your screen you will see a preview of the screen you are sharing here:

To stop screen sharing, click the Stop Sharing button at the bottom of the screen that is being shared.
or you can click the stop sharing option on the software.
Asking a participant to share their screen
Click on the three vertical dots corresponding to the participant name and a few options will appear. Select the Request Screen Share option here to request the participant to share their screen.
While the participant is making their selection whether to share the entire screen, window or an application, as a moderator you will see the following:
The participant will need to click the Share my Screen option that comes up on their screen, whether they are on chrome or firefox.

They would then get a window popping up with the monitors, applications and tabs they have available to share. Once they make a choice by clicking on the description and screenshot they want to show (as applicable) they then need to click the Share button to share their screen.
[FIREFOX]
After choosing 'Share My Screen' the participant will see a drop down menu where they can select a window or screen to share. Once chosen they will have have to click on Allow, and they will be able to share their screen.
