Hardware
- A webcam and a microphone must be installed and available (not already in use by another application or browser tab). When using an external webcam, we recommend a high-quality, modern webcam that is verified to be compatible with the operating system and has a minimum resolution of 720p.
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
Software

- Chrome - latest version
- Edge - latest version
- Safari - latest version
- Browser extensions can block access to ports required for connectivity, especially VPN extensions, which should be disabled during an itracks Realtime session
- Proxy servers can create connectivity issues and are not recommended during an itracks Realtime session if possible.
Network
- Audio: 64 kbps
- Video: minimum 512 kbps; we recommend 720p video, which requires at least 1Mbps.
Note that bandwidth adaptation means that media quality will be reduced or increased based on bandwidth available, and can result in no audio or video being sent. For example, if using a 720p camera but only 512 kbps is available, the video quality will reduce to 480p. To help ensure the expected bandwidth is actually available, we recommend that all other bandwidth-consuming activities be avoided during a Realtime session (downloading files, streaming music or video, etc.).
