What are the Group Settings on questions and topics?

These options are only available if groups are set up before you edit or add your question.  For more information about setting up groups click here.

Once your groups are set up the following options to assign certain participants to topics and questions based on group will appear. 

Responses Viewable

Between Groups

Participants will be able to see each other's responses regardless of which groups they belong to.

Within Groups

Participants will be able to see the responses within the same groups as them.  This is based on what is selected in the group membership.

Group Membership

This will be a listing of all the groups that are set up in the board.  If groups need to be added this is done in the Users tab.  Click here for full details on how to add groups. 

Selecting groups will determine which participants see the topics or questions based on the group they are assigned to.
