Participants can access the itracks software using the itracks Realtime mobile app. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to get the mobile app and use it as a participant in an interview or focus group.

Step 1: Register your account
Before the start time of your session, you will receive an email from hello@itracks.com with information on how to sign into itracks and join the research study. There are two ways to sign in. Only one of the following methods will be requested via your email invitation.
Registration and Login Page link
If a Registration and Login Page link is in your invitation, you will be asked to create a password and confirm your information the first time you log in.
Using the Click here to join link
In some cases, you may see a Click here to join link in your invitation email. You can use this link to log in with a previously created password, or a one-time passcode.
Step 2: Download the itracks Realtime app
Next, download the itracks Realtime mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Step 3: Send yourself the access link
Opening the itracks Realtime app will show you the below page and you can email the mobile link to yourself by clicking the Email Invite option.
Enter your email address and your project support ID in the respective fields and then click Send invitation link. (Where can I find my Support ID?)
Step 4: Gain access with the link received
You will receive the below link in your email. When you click on this link in the email it will take you right back to the itracks Realtime app and authenticate your user login.
Once logged in, you will see your live, upcoming, and closed activities.
