In order to update and maintain our software, itracks retains a weekly scheduled period in which clients and participants may not be able to access Itracks’ services. This time period is regularly scheduled on Sundays from 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. EST.
On rare occasions, Itracks must perform upgrades and maintenance during non-regular time periods. Itracks will where reasonably possible notify all client contacts via email of any non-regular scheduled in advance.
