The one-time passcode should arrive in under 2-3 minutes. If you are not receiving the one-time passcode when signing in, this is usually due either to spam blockers or that your user has not been loaded. Here are the steps we suggest you take to get into the project as needed.
1. Check your spam folders or alternate inboxes for an email from hello@itracks.com. The most common cause of not getting the code or having a delay in receiving the code is spam blockers.
2. Contact the help desk for a new link. If you are not receiving the code, the help desk can provide you with an alternate link where you create a password.
