Incentives and itracks

If you participated in a research project, how and when you get paid after a project completes may vary.  In most cases, you will be paid via the panel you signed up for the research from, the recruiter that originally reached out to qualify you to participate in the research or the moderator's research company that conducted the research. 

As a general rule of thumb, you can expect payment 2-8 weeks after your project finishes depending on how much analysis needs to be completed to determine incentive amounts and the method of delivery.

Unfortunately,  incentive amounts, the panel you signed up for and how you will get paid your payment may not be known by the itracks help desk.  For privacy reasons we only collect the details that are absolutely required for you being able to access a project in our software and information that we need to contact you if needed in cases of software issues.
