The Project Manager role in the itracks Board software has all the features of the moderator role with higher level access. If you are set up as an Account Owner user, it is most likely that you will be in any given project as a project manager. It guarantees that you will by default have access to ALL activities within a given project without needing to assign you to individual activities.
Project Managers can moderate any research activities and from the participant's view are moderators in the study. All replies in the board will appear to be from a moderator.
The only thing that may need adjusting is if the project manager is also loading questions. In this case, in order to display questions as coming from a moderator, discussion settings around who appears to post questions may need to be adjusted. Click here to see how to do that.
