How can observers access my focus group?

At this time, observer users must log in using a desktop computer or a laptop to access Realtime sessions. 

Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections should inherently work with Realtime software. However, it is important to understand that VPNs can be configured very differently and may have an undesirable impact on Realtime experience.
