If you run into this error, please ask the client to try two steps:
1. Check if they have another app on their iPhone that is controlling the audio which could cause this error, so keep itracks Realtime in charge only.
If the participant is on call with Tech Support or any other person while joining the itracks Realtime application, than also the application can show this message.
2. Uninstall and re-install the app again.
