Participant Instructions: How to Share Your Screen on itracks Realtime Mobile App

If you are required to share your screen using itracks Realtime mobile application, the Moderator will click a button on their screen which will start by asking if you want to share your screen.

Step 1 - Accept Screen Share Request

Click the Start Sharing button to let the system know you want to share your screen.

 

Step 2 - Select Start Now button

After you say that you want to screen share, a message will appear informing you that itracks Realtime software will be screen recording the information that is displayed on your screen whether it is passwords, payment details, pictures, etc. 

Click on the Start Now button and your screen share will start. 

You will no longer be seeing the video feeds in the discussion but the discussion will continue in the background and the moderator will be able to watch and hear you as you share your screen. 

To stop sharing, click the Stop button next to the message Screen Share Ongoing and you will be back in the video discussion area.

Click the Start broadcast button to let the system know you want to share your screen.

Step 2 - Select Start Broadcast button

After you say that you want to screen share, a message will appear informing you that a message will appear informing you that everything on your screen, including notifications, will be recorded and to enable Do Not Disturb to prevent unexpected notifications.

Click on the Start Broadcast button and your screen share will start. 

To stop sharing, click the Stop button next to the message Screen Share Ongoing and you will be back in the video discussion area.
