April 2026: User Role Updates

We have recently refined our user roles to enhance access management for the various users overseeing different aspects of your project.

The Project Manager role remains unchanged, granting this user full authority to create and modify all elements of a project. Project Managers have comprehensive project access and the capability to moderate sessions as necessary.

The Moderator role has been updated for users who require moderation capabilities only. This role restricts access to settings and user lists while allowing moderators to engage with participants and manage sessions effectively.

The new Moderator+ role combines features for moderators who do not require full project access but need additional permissions to add and schedule participants.
 

Lastly, the Recruiter role is designed for internal or external recruiters who need project access and the ability to set up users but do not require access to other project components.
