Dial Tester Reporting Insights

What are Dial Tester Insights? 

Dial Testing Insights provide you with all insights related to your dial tester activity, where you can select which dial testers results you want to view, with how many participants and more.



Where can it be found? 

Dial Tester Insights can be found in the Project Insights Area, in your Realtime Video Activity as shown in the red highlight below.




Making a Dial Tester Insight

In the Project Insights Area, you can find all Analysis available to you, in this case we are creating a new one by clicking on the +Add button highlighted below.

After clicking on the add button, a side window will appear on the right sight of your page, there you can name your Insight, as well as selecting what users will have access to it.
 

Now that your Insight is added with the proper permissions, you can add a new finding, where your Dial Tester Report will be located.

When editing the Finding you just created, be sure the Line Chart option is selected, under Visualization.

 

In Sources, you can manually select which activities the report will include, if you click on "Choose Activities" a dropdown list will appear with activities you created, they will have their Support ID .

In AI Index, you can select which Dial Testers will be included from each activity, it will be specially important if you have more than one dial tester in a given activity, these will carry their name, which was created with the Dial Tester as shown here, by default it will select all dial testers in a given activity.

Once Created, the report will show each participant score, as well as the time in which they selected it. It will also display the average.

The blue dots on the bottom timeline can be dragged, allowing you to be specific with what interval of time you'd like your report to focus on.

This file can be downloaded as well as a PNG, any changes  to the timeline will be applied to the downloaded file as well.

This can be edited freely after created by viewing the insight, and clicking on the edit button  .
