Realtime mobile access is available for participants engaging in English, French and Spanish language interviews and focus groups on a smartphone or tablet.

By default, app access is enabled for all Realtime projects. Please email [e-mail] to turn this setting off if your study requires participants to log in only a laptop or desktop computer instead.

If you are a participant in a research project, please ask your recruiter if the mobile app is enabled.
