Any board booked automatically comes with four email templates that will correspond to the language that the board is booked in.
Default templates for your account can be adjusted by the itracks support team at any time. Simply reach out to your itracks rep (as listed in your GO account) or help@itracks.com
To adjust templates for a specific board or to make new email templates for a board go to the USERS tab and then choose the Add/Email Templates option.
From there click the Add Email Template button to create a new template. Alternately you can also edit existing templates by clicking the button.
Once you do this, a window will appear for you to create/edit an existing template. In the template you can determine the name of the email template (for your reference when you send out emails), the name and address you want the email to come from, the name and email you want the person receiving the message can reply to as well as the subject line and the message.
Within the message, you can also use a number of variables to pass through information from the user and project details automatically as the emails are sent out. To add the variables, click the Insert Variable option to get the list of available variables.
Click on a variable to insert it in the body of the email.
When done, click the Save button to save.
