Step by step instructions on how to import a board discussion guide

Please note that only people with Project Manager level access can import guides at this time.

Guides can be imported from one board activity to another within the same project on the Moderator Guide page found in the Project Setup tab. Click the Import Guide button to begin importing.

Select the activity from which you wish to import the guide from in the Project dropdown menu. If the Whiteboard Media from the guide and Groups also need to be imported, select those checkboxes in order to import those elements of the guide as well. Click Next.

Once this is done, a list of all topics and, as applicable, groups and whiteboards that are set to be imported appear.  To confirm the import, click the Import button.

This will start the import between boards.  Once the import is complete a page confirming what was imported will appear.  If there were any errors they will appear here as well.

Click the Close button to close the window where the import was processed to see the newly imported question.
