Can observers post questions?

Observers can not make changes to the moderator guide, but by default they can post responses to your discussion guide questions and in response to participant discussion posts. This setting can be changed in your project settings to prevent observer replies within your discussion board. 

Participants will never see posts made by observers. Only moderators and project managers can see these posts.
