Realtime Sync and Background Opacity

The first thing we need to do when grabbing your reports is to "Turn Off Sync". 

Syncing is automatically on and it is for seeing the results populate in real time during a focus group or interview. You will need to manually turn it off the sync when pulling your reports. 

To turn off the sync you simply need to uncheck the checkbox as seen below.

You will notice once the checkbox is unchecked you will get some extra features, one of those being the opacity slider for the blue-tinted background. 

The blue-tinted background is there for contrast when generating heatmap reports. 

You can move the slider left to lower the opacity of the blue-tinted background or move it right to make it darker. 

Individual and Group Responses

iMarkIt allows you to filter by individual responses and groups (i.e. activities).

The process is very simple, first, you will need to select either like, dislike, neutral, or all, then select a display name under users to get the individual response or select the group name under groups to get the group reports. 

This will filter your reports allowing you to take screenshots that can be downloaded to your device and added to your reports. 

If you would like to get the overall results from all groups and each individual participant who participate in the exercise you can select the bar chart columns. This will display the overall aggregate results of likes, dislikes and neutral.

 

Comments

Comments will be displayed in the comments box on the left. If you want to see where a comment is located on the main screen you can simply click the icon under the comment and this will display the comment in the main area. You can also select the icons in the main area to display comments as well.

Depending on the emoticon chosen by a participant, comments will be highlighted green, red, or yellow. Indicating the emoticon chosen by the participant. (Green: like, Red: Dislike, Yellow: Neutral)

Heatmap Reports

To pull heatmap reports all you need to do is select View Heatmap button on the lower left. This will change the main area to display heatmap results instead of the Points results. 

You can filter the heatmap the same of the points by either selecting the bar chart results for overall aggregate results in the top left corner or by filtering individual participants or groups on the right. 

Exports

Imarkit allows you to download an excel report of all of the comments, groups and the emoticons chosen for all users who participated in the exercise. 

Reports can be simply be downloaded by selecting download Excel Reports

Screenshots

iMarkit allows you to take screenshots of your filtered results by selecting "Take Screenshot" button

Once a screenshot is taken, it will display as a thumbnail at the bottom of the screen. 

To save to your desktop simply right click on the thumbnail and select "Save Image As" and then select the location where you would like to save it.

Deleting Responses

When you turn off the sync, in the comment area, each comment has a checkbox in the top right corner. Once this checkbox is checked then the "Delete Comments" button will appear. 

To clean up your data responses, you can go through your comments and check the checkbox for each comment you would like to delete from the report and then select the delete comments button. 

You will be prompted and asked if you want to delete the comments select "Yes" to proceed with deletion.
