How to set a Participant facing Activity Name vs Internal Activity Name?

When creating an activity, you may want the internal activity name to differ from the name participants see. This is useful when the internal activity name contains client names, confidential information or internal references that should not be visible to participants.

For example:
Internal Activity Name: Hoover Vacuum Concept Test
Participant-Facing Activity Name: Vacuum Study

To achieve this go to the Project (whether Realtime or Board) and click on Add Activity. 

On this Add Activity page, the Activity name field represents the Internal Activity name whereas the Participant Activity Name field represents the Activity name that will be visible to the participant.  

If you decide to change the Participant Activity Name later after the activity is booked, you can still do it by going to the Edit Activity button corresponding to that activity and change the name and click on Save button to save the changes.
