Recording a Video
To record your video, you must have a webcam on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Click on the reply button and choose the option “Upload” or "Record" based on whether you are going to upload an already recorded video or record the video on the application itself.
Click "Record" and then allow the system to access the camera. You will see yourself in the camera with this screen. Click on the red dot to record your video. It will then countdown from “3” to “1” and then begin recording your video response.
The timer will start from 00:00 and it will continue until the time you end the recording. The maximum time limit for the video response is 15 minutes. To finish recording your response click the stop recording button.
After the video is recorded, click on the Post Reply button.
We recommend that when you record the first time, play back your first recording before posting or saving your video.
Uploading a Pre-recorded video
In order to upload a pre-recorded video, click on the reply button and choose the option “Upload”.
It will take you to the next page where you will see the option to “DRAG & DROP” the video or to browser and upload the video from your device.
Important: Please ensure you are uploading a supported file format. If you are unsure, please check the Supported File Formats list below before starting your upload.
Click on the “Post Reply” button that appears once your video is chosen, and the pre-recorded video will be uploaded to your answer.

Upload Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble uploading your file, please check the following:
File Size: Very large files (especially 4K video) may time out on slower connections. Try compressing the video or recording at 1080p if the upload fails.
Verify File Type: Double-check that your file extension matches one of our supported formats (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI, or .WMV). If your file is in a different format (such as .MKV, .FLV, or .WEBM), you will need to convert it to a supported type before uploading.
Browser Permissions: Ensure your browser has permission to access your local files and that no "Ad-Blocker" extensions are interfering with the upload script.
Stable Connection: Uploads require a consistent "upload speed." If you are on a weak Wi-Fi signal, try switching to a wired connection or a stronger signal.
