How to Reset Your Password

The first time you register for an itracks study, you be required to create a password to enter the project you were invited to.  This password is encrypted within our software and not shared with anyone including the support team.  If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset your password using the instructions below.

1. Go to the login page go.itracks.com

2. Enter your email address and click Continue

3. Click Use my password when prompted to select your login method.

4. Click the Forgot your password? button.

5.  Enter your email address and click Continue to send a one-time passcode to your email inbox.

• If you have trouble receiving the code, please check your email spam inbox.
• You need to put in the most recent verification code, please ensure you have copied and pasted the one that has most recently been sent to you if you have sent yourself multiple codes.
• One-time codes have a time limit and will expire after 30 minutes.

Enter the code in the One-Time Passcode field, and click Continue.

6. Enter your new password in each field on the screen. Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long and will require at least 1 upper case and 1 lower case letter and a symbol or a number.

•  Passwords must match.  If they do not you will get a warning indicating they do not match. Re-enter the passwords into both fields and try again.
